Michael Nelson is Assistant General Counsel and Senior Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.  He is responsible for the New York Fed’s outreach to the U.S. Congress. He is Chair of the Financial Markets Lawyers Group and has helped the New York Fed develop other such external advisory groups.
